- External applicants will require a reference. The system will automatically send a request to your nominated referee when you complete your application.
- Applications will only be complete when all sections are completed. This includes a reference being returned by your referee.
- Internal applicants do not need a reference.

Minimum Entry Requirements
The Sixth Form at Hammersmith Academy is academically selective and requires students to attain a minimum of 8 GCSE grades at Level 9-4, as well as meeting the minimum entry requirements for the individual subjects chosen. You can find the individual subject requirements on our application form and on our Sixth Form Curriculum page.
- Students who apply must be gaining GCSE qualifications
- Students who apply must be resident in the UK with resident status
- Applicants must be currently in Year 11 and turning 16 in this current academic year

- Interview Date (External Applicants Only): Starting Week Commencing Monday 10th March 2025
- Conditional Offers Sent (Internal Applicants): Wednesday 30th April 2025
- Conditional Offers Sent (External Applicants): Monday 31st March 2025
- Acceptance Offer Deadline: Friday 9th May 2025
