Welcome to Hammersmith Academy’s Year 6 Virtual Open Day for prospective parents and students. We know that this is an important time for families who will be deciding which school best suits their Year 6 child.

The average day for a Hammersmith Academy student is a busy one, full of lessons and activities. Listen to Georgia as she explains what a HA Day is all about!


Student Experiences 

Amira is in Year 8 and she joined the Academy last year as a new Year 7 student. Listen to her talk about her experience of transitioning between primary and secondary school and how she coped during the lockdown period.


Shehad is a Sixth Form student in Year 13 who joined the Academy as a Year 7 student six years ago. She explains what her journey through the Academy has been like and what Year 6 students hoping to join the Academy can expect.
