Sixth Form Application Dates

The Sixth Form application deadline for September 2018 entry has now passed. However, late applications may still be considered on an individual basis. Please contact a member of the Sixth Form Team by emailing post16@hammersmithacademy.org.

Sixth Form Enrolment Day

To enrol into the Sixth form students should log in to their ULAS application and complete the enrolment stage. This can be done either at home or at the Academy but can only be done once you have received your results. You will need to upload a copy of your results, passport and proof of address with your application.
If you are not able to upload these documents then you must bring them with you when you come in to the Academy. All students are required to come in to the Academy to fully complete their enrolment process. However if you have already completed the enrolment stage online this will speed up the process when in the Academy.

We will be running two separate enrolment sessions during our Enrolment Day. Please note the following times:

  • 11:30AM – 1:30PM: For students who have achieved a minimum of 8 GCSE grades at levels 4-9, including English and Mathematics, plus the required grade for the chosen A-Level subjects.
  • 2PM – 4PM: For students who have not achieved a minimum of 8 GCSE grades at levels 5-9 or have not achieved the required grade for the chosen A-Level subjects. (N.B.) Although we cannot guarantee you a place in the Sixth form, we will still consider the grades you have achieved and see whether there is an alternative course we may be able to offer you.
