Hammersmith Academy - Have your say
The sponsors of the Hammersmith Academy have today (26 August) begun a new stage of consultation in advance of a planning application that will be submitted to Hammersmith & Fulham Council in mid October.
The consultation on the designs and proposed operation of the Academy includes a public exhibition; this will give prospective parents, local residents and other groups the opportunity to see and understand the plans, meet the Hammersmith Academy team, ask any questions and comment on the proposals.
The exhibition will take place at Stamford House, Melina Road, Shepherds Bush, W12 9PA , the proposed site for the new academy, at the following times;
· Thursday 11 September: 4pm - 8pm
· Friday 12 September: 4pm - 8pm
· Saturday 13 September: 10am - 1pm
The exhibition is being publicised in the local media and by a flyer that will be sent to all households in the Academy’s Admission Priority Area. Please click here to see the flyer.
The consultation period for commenting on the plans runs until 21 September and a leaflet will be published and posted on the website in the next week summarising the proposals.
The Academy sponsors are keen to get your views. You can do this in the following ways:
- Email - hfacademy@londoncommunications.co.uk
- Telephone – 0800 977 8764
- Freepost comments cards – these will be attached to the Academy leaflet that will be available on the website shortly and at the public exhibition
